The Unarmed skill is the art of fighting with your bare hands or weapons that attach to your hand, you have to get up close and personal but it is great to have as a backup for melee characters in case you lose your weapon. It affects damage and accuracy with Unarmed Kicks and Punches, Brass Knuckles, Spiked Knuckles, Power Fist, Mega Power Fist, and more.
